1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the jli4 platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "jli4," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering for or accessing any services provided by jli4.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jli4, governing your use of all gaming services, payment transactions, promotional offers, and account management functionalities provided through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To access gaming services on jli4, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• Valid Philippine mobile number for account verification and communication;
• Date of birth to verify age eligibility;
• Residential address within the Philippines;
• Valid email address for account correspondence;
• A secure password meeting jli4 security requirements.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or valid national ID) to verify your identity and age. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension or termination.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the jli4 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If jli4 detects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, winnings, or bonuses held therein.

3. Account Responsibilities and Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli4 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually performed by you.

You agree to notify jli4 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jli4 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to keep all information associated with your jli4 account accurate and up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or residential address changes, you must update your account information promptly through the account settings panel or by contacting jli4 customer support.

3.3 Prohibited Account Use

You may not use your jli4 account for any purpose other than personal entertainment and gaming. Commercial use, resale of account access, or use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

jli4 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer through authorized Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are typically credited to your jli4 wallet instantly, though processing times may vary based on the payment provider.

jli4 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment services.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your jli4 account at any time, subject to meeting all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses and completing any required identity verification procedures.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If your deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, jli4 may request alternative withdrawal details that are registered in your legal name.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash: typically under 20 minutes during business hours;
• PayMaya: typically under 30 minutes during business hours;
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1-3 business days.

jli4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected. Delays may occur during enhanced verification procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method and account verification level. jli4 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions, though expedited processing services may incur additional charges if offered.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jli4 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by your payment provider.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the jli4 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes. jli4 does not manipulate game results or player outcomes.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel or upon request from customer support. Actual gameplay results may vary from theoretical RTP due to variance and the random nature of gaming outcomes.

5.2 Betting and Wagering Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet selections before confirming any wager. jli4 is not responsible for user errors in bet placement, though we may, at our sole discretion, void bets placed in error under exceptional circumstances.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jli4 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of game malfunctions or errors will be forfeited.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

6.1 Promotional Terms

jli4 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Promotional terms are displayed on the promotions page and in the bonus details section of your account. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms applicable to each bonus before accepting it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount of gameplay (calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount) that must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering, while table games and live casino games may contribute at lower percentages or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jli4 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jli4 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information during registration, or engaging in identity theft;
2. Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether directly or through associates or family members residing at the same address;
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other multiplayer games;
4. Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through duplicate accounts or coordinated activity;
5. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds obtained through illegal means;
6. Bot or Automated Software Use: Employing automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to place bets, play games, or manipulate outcomes;
7. Hacking or System Exploitation: Attempting to circumvent Platform security measures, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts;
8. Chargeback Fraud: Initiating unjustified pa yment disputes or chargebacks after wagering deposited funds.

jli4 actively monitors all accounts and transactions for prohibited activity. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by jli4

jli4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Upon termination for cause, jli4 may forfeit any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits held in your account. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation if fraud or illegal activity is suspected. jli4 will cooperate with law enforcement requests for information regarding terminated accounts involved in illegal activity.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jli4 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. jli4 will process your closure request within five (5) business days and will return your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from jli4 for responsible gaming reasons, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the account settings panel or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. During self-exclusion, you will be blocked from accessing the Platform and will not receive any promotional communications from jli4.

9. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jli4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or gaming losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or acts beyond our reasonable control.

jli4 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service disruption. We will endeavor to notify users in advance of planned maintenance where practicable.

9.2 Force Majeure

jli4 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, internet outages, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party service providers.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any transaction, game result, or account action, you must first contact jli4 customer support by email at [email protected], providing full details of the issue and any relevant transaction references.

jli4 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to resolve it within ten (10) business days. If you are not satisfied with jli4's resolution, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate gaming regulatory channels available under Philippine law.

9.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

10. Changes to These Terms

jli4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or through an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.2.
